Participation Awards

The College with the most Trombone Christmas participants wins. If there is tie, the tying schools’ names will be placed into a hat and the name pulled from the hat will win.
Each participant must play slide trombone at a high school or better proficiency level.
To count towards a school, a participant must either currently attend or have graduated from that school. Alumni must have attended the college in this century.
Each participant must complete the Trombone Christmas registration process. Only registered participants will count, and the must play in both the rehearsal and the performance.
Each participant can only count in one category (high school or college).
2017 Award: The College with the most participants will be presented with a $150 gift certificate from The Horn Guys!

2nd Prize: The High School with second largest amount of participants will be presented with a $100 Bertrand’s Music gift certificate!
